405th AFSB moves thousands of vehicles, equipment pieces from north to south of the Alps

To date, more than 150 trucks have transported over 2,000 pieces of Army Prepositioned Stock-2 equipment and vehicles from three APS-2 worksites north of the Alps to south of the Alps to support the new APS-2 theatre strategy and to provide capabilities to best support two Defense Department Combatant Commands. LRC Benelux maintenance chief keeps equipment at fully mission capable plus safety standard

Pat Brown, the Maintenance Division chief at Logistics Readiness Center-Benelux, 405th Army Field Support Brigade, said his team provides maintenance, repairs, services, and paint and body shop support for U.S. Army Garrison Benelux and all the organizations across the garrison’s footprint to include multiple installations in Belgium and multiple installations in the Netherlands as well as Dülmen, Germany. He calls it fully mission capable plus safety standard.
