ZUTENDAAL, Belgium - U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, Steven Vandeput, Belgian Minister of Defense, Matthew Lussenhop, Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the United States to the Kingdom of Belgium and Ann Schrijvers, mayor of Zutendaal, answer the questions of the press after the ribbon cutting ceremony of U.S. Army's pre-positioned stock (APS) 2 site, in Zutendaal, Belgium, Nov. 21, 2017. APS sites are vital components of total Army readiness as they provide space for the U.S. military to store equipment and prepare to fight within days instead of months.
