Your transportation counselor will provide you with copies of all documentation associate with the movement and storage of your shipments at the Transportation Office. If you performed “self-Counseling” in DPS, you receive a shipment summary prior to electronically submitting your application for shipment and storage to your responsible transportation office for review. You are then able to print the documentation created. If corrective actions are required on your part in DPS, your Transportation Office notifies you by phone or e-mail.
To ensure quality control, at some time during packing, pickup and/or delivery a Quality Control Inspector from the local Transportation Office may drop by to check on the progress. If you have any questions or concerns during pick up, packing or delivery contact your local transportation office.
