405th AFSB issues float bridge, dozen boats to Fort Hood unit for DEFENDER-Europe 22

Recently the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Mannheim and Benelux battalions worked together to prepare, ship and issue an entire bridge system for the 74th Multi-Role Bridge Company, deployed from Fort Hood, Texas, to Poland for DEFENDER-Europe 22. For the first time ever, an entire float ribbon bridge system from the APS-2 worksite in Zutendaal, Belgium, was transported to Poland and issued to a U.S.-based MRBC deployed to Europe for training.

405th AFSB CSM set to assume responsibility of 21st TSC

Command Sgt. Maj. Kofie Primus will culminate his command time with the 405th AFSB during a relinquishment of responsibility ceremony scheduled for 1 p.m. May 26 at Armstrong’s Club in Vogelweh, and will officially assume responsibility as the command sergeant major of 21st TSC from Command Sgt. Major Sean Howard June 3 at 10 a.m. on NCO Parade Field, Daenner Kaserne.

‘When I retire I’ll cherish the memories,’ says former CID agent now LRC Italy employee

Graziella Dalle Mese is an Italian local national employee and a logistics operations support assistant assigned to Logistics Readiness Center Italy. 405th Army Field Support Brigade.
