Charles Hillyer is the operations officer for Logistics Readiness Center Bavaria, 405th Army Field Support Brigade. He said that first and foremost, LRC Bavaria supports the warfighters. That is 100 percent our function, he said, to be sure the warfighters can do their jobs, and that’s defend the best interests of the United States and our Allied and partner nations.

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany - Charles Hillyer, the operations officer for Logistics Readiness Center Bavaria, 405th Army Field Support Brigade, poses for a photo with his twin sons – Alexander and Maximilian. When Hillyer retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 he accepted an offer to work in the corporate world with Comcast, but when the opportunity to return to the Army arose he went back to what he knows best.
