LRC Stuttgart CIF property book officer has a passion for supply, management

Shelbi Popwell is the Central Issue Facility property book officer and manager, Logistics Readiness Center Stuttgart, 405th Army Field Support Brigade. She said she enjoys the field of supply and logistics but also has a passion for management. “Since I’ve been in school working on my degree in management studies, I’ve noticed that a lot of the things I’m learning in school I’m able to use to be a better manager,” she said.

Cameroonian, now Army supply specialist, says ‘sky’s the limit’ at LRC Stuttgart

Richard Alabeh is a general supply specialist at Logistics Readiness Center Stuttgart, 405th Army Field Support Brigade. “When one of the directorates or sections at LRC Stuttgart needs supplies or equipment, it’s up to me,” Alabeh said. “They don’t know where I’m getting it from. All they want to see is the supplies and equipment they need in order to complete all their various tasks and missions. And I make that happen.”

Former German soldier at LRC Benelux enjoys working for U.S. Army, living in Belgium

Juergen Klett is a transportation assistant at the Transportation Motor Pool, Logistics Readiness Center Benelux, 405th Army Field Support Brigade. He’s German, but he's been living in Belgium for five years and working for the U.S. Army a total of 13 years. "I‘ve enjoyed working with different people of different nationalities and different cultures," he said. "We all work well as a team, which makes us strong and effective in all our tasks."
